Jordan Dempsey

Jordan is a New Hampshire native and graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree from the McCombs School of Business. Immediately after graduation in 2015, he followed his passion for live music and entertainment to Los Angeles.

He quickly began working in the comedy touring department at Creative Artists Agency where he learned and mastered the ins and outs of the touring world. After four and a half years at CAA, he started a new position as the Director of Talent Buying for a startup called Nowhere Comedy that hosted streaming stand-up shows with A-list comics during the pandemic. Then, Jordan moved on to become the Lead Venue Booker at the destination experience company Pollen for shows with top-tier rock, EDM, and pop artists.

Jordan began working at DADP in 2022 where he was quickly promoted to Agent. After confirming over six million dollars worth of shows in his first year as an agent, he was elevated to Director of Touring in early 2024 where he now provides additional leadership to the department while booking the southern US states from Florida to California. He is also the co-responsible agent for The Commodores, The Pointer Sisters, Billy Ocean, The Spinners, Patrice Rushen, and Tape Face.

Jordan remains overly optimistic about the state of the Texas Longhorn’s football program.
