Jillian Lester

Born and raised in LA’s 818, Jillian Lester has built her career around live music, talent development, and creating unforgettable events. After interning with CBS Television and Warner Bros. Records, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business from the Los Angeles Film School.

Before joining DADP, Jillian spent over two years with Sterling Venue Ventures, working in talent buying, booking, and live events across several Southern California venues, including the Canyon Club.

Jillian brings experience from both the venue and agency sides of the industry, with a relationship driven approach to creating opportunities, developing artists, and putting great shows on stage. Outside of the agency, she continues to produce local live events and work closely with emerging artists, staying connected to the Southern California music scene that helped shape her career.
