Jordan Burger

Jordan Burger is a seasoned booking agent and festival curator with a career built on entrepreneurial hustle, instinct, and a lifelong passion for live music. Raised in New York and educated at Emory University in Atlanta, Jordan got his start early—interning at Elektra Records, promoting concerts, throwing campus events, and signing his first act, Evan and Jaron, while still in college.

He returned to NYC in 1997 to join Pinnacle Entertainment before spending a decade at The Agency Group (now UTA), where he solidified his reputation as a trusted advocate for artists. In 2012, Jordan relocated to Nashville to open Fleming Artists’ first remote office, later building and leading the Nashville team for Madison House.

During the pandemic, Jordan transformed his backyard into a performance space amphitheater, curating the Burgers & Dogs Concert Series, which safely hosted over 30 nationally recognized artists, earning local acclaim and industry admiration for creative resilience. In 2023, Jordan joined the newly formed Reliant Talent agency to launch its festival division, delivering major opportunities for a diverse range of blues, hip-hop, rock, and country artists.

Expanding on his expertise in the festival space, and in support of the independent agency business, Jordan has made new agency alliances, joining Royal Artist Group, to focus on their jam and jazz artist roster, and is thrilled to be championing Soul, R&B, and Hip-Hop talent through an exciting, strategic partnership with Day After Day Productions.
